Pricing
Forget about the taxi meter ticking over as you sit in a traffic jam or the level of serge pricing that will apply for your travel. All travel with Peninsula Chauffeurs is at a fixed price which will be advised at the time of your booking.
However, please note:
- A 25% surcharge will apply to all travel on gazetted Victorian public holidays (AFL Grand Final eve excluded)
- Thirty minutes waiting time is complimentary with every booking (Forty five minutes for travel from Melbourne Airport). Waiting time may be charged for each additional fifteen minutes or part thereof.
Regulations
Commercial Passenger Vehicles Victoria (CPVV) is the regulator of the commercial passenger vehicle industry. This industry includes booked services such as that provided by Peninsula Chauffeurs and rideshare vehicles.
Within Melbourne Airport, vehicle permits and Driver Authorisations are issued by Melbourne Airport which is owned and operated by Australia Pacific Airports (Melbourne) Pty Ltd.
Peninsula Chauffeurs complies with all requirements of CPVV and Melbourne Airport.
